No, Chef Marketplace is free for all purchase transactions. You can start ordering from your favorite HORECA supplier today by logging into your account on Chef Marketplace.
Do I have to register to see suppliers?
Yes. This way suppliers can customize their offers and discounts in a professional way according to your profile. Discover many HORECA producers in our dedicated B2B platform.
Who can register?
All businesses such as restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessens, bars, wine bars, pubs, bakeries, pastry shops (See complete list) registered in the business register with a VAT number active at the time of registration.

Anyone who wants to delete their account has the option to do so. Just send a request to our team.
Are my suppliers' prices lower on Chef Marketplace?
Yes! Because we don't ask for commissions and the platform helps to make order management much more efficient and reduce supplier costs. Your supplier directly invoices you, restaurateur / shopkeeper.
I can't find my supplier on Chef Marketplace, what do I do?
Don't worry, invite your suppliers to join our community. There are no costs for you or for them. Invite them conveniently with the “Invite Sellers” tools in your App and help them to reduce their costs.
Which products can I purchase on Chef Marketplace?
Food, drinks and non-food consumer products purchased daily from restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessens, bars, pastry shops, bakeries, wine bars, ...(See complete list). Here you will find a wide range of unique and quality products. NO equipment.
Can I also purchase services on Chef Marketplace?
Yes. Among the suppliers there are professionals who offer photography / video services (for dishes, environments, ...) or graphics services (menus, logo, ...) or consultancy.
When I buy, who gets the money?
The supplier. When you purchase HORECA products on Chef Marketplace with the restaurant app, you purchase directly from the supplier. The supplier will invoice you. Chef Marketplace is neither a reseller nor an agent. We do not take commissions. We are paid for the tools that facilitate the sales. Money from the buyer can pass directly to the seller outside the platform (unsecured transaction). Buyers can use the Chef Marketplace payment tools that protect them in the purchase ("Safe Transaction").
How can I get more information about the products on Chef Marketplace?
Each registered restaurateur can request information in the restaurant app using the appropriate "Ask a question" button on the page of the product they are interested in. The supplier will respond to you directly.
When will I be charged for the purchase?
If the payment is made via Chef Marketplace with the "Safe Transaction" service, the charge is immediate.
If the payment takes place outside the platform (without the "Safe Transaction" service), times and terms are specified by the supplier.
What are the shipping times, methods and costs?
Shipping costs are buyers’ responsibility. At the checkout you will find various shipping offers; both the supplier's offer and those of Chef Marketplace. You will decide the one that best meets your needs (fresh/dry, times, costs).
When I purchase from a supplier, who invoices me?
You purchase directly from the HORECA supplier and he will invoice you.
When I purchase a Chef Marketplace service, who bills me?
You recharge your wallet/card in Chef Marketplace from which we deduct the costs of the services purchased. At the end of the month we issue an invoice for the total amount loaded.
How can I request a refund or report a problem with a product?
If the payment is made via Chef Marketplace with the "Safe Transaction" service, you can request a refund directly into your account. Your money is held by a financial institution until the problem is resolved. Depending on the agreement with the supplier, the money may be refunded completely or partially. You can open a chat within the order and communicate directly with the supplier. If the payment is made outside the platform (without the "Safe Transaction" service), the refund is managed entirely outside the platform. You can still open a chat within the order and communicate directly with the supplier.
Can I write reviews?
Certainly. Your opinion matters a lot to the entire Chef Marketplace community. At the end of each order you will be asked for your level of satisfaction. You will also be able to leave a review for the products purchased.
