How do I sign up?

How much does Chef Marketplace cost?
The tools for making purchases on Chef Marketplace are all free. Can I delete my account?
Anyone who wants to delete their account has the option to do so. Just send a request to our team.
When I sell my products on Chef Marketplace, who does the invoicing?
You sell directly to your customers and you will give them a receipt / invoice.
What does the Order + Pay service include?
Order + Pay includes an interactive digital menu, the ability to order from the table, pay from your smartphone, take away and delivery services. All these functions can be activated at the restaurateurs’ discretion in their restaurant app.
For whom is the Order + Pay service?
The service is for all restaurateurs and hospitality activities who use a menu in their business. This is also perfect for delicatessens, butchers, bakeries, pastry shops that want to give their customers the opportunity to access a digital menu, order/pay comfortably from home or office and then simply collect the food, saving a lot of time.
How do customers visualize the digital menu?
Customers will use their mobile device (Smartphone or Tablet). Your task will be to display the QR Code on the tables and at the checkouts and share the Link: both of them are downloadable from your account.
Does the customer need to install an App on their smartphone?
No. Order + Pay is based on a Web App, so you don't need to download anything.
Customer is unable to scan the QR Code.
Devices usually already have a built-in QR code reader. However, in case of scanning problems, you can download a specific app:

I am a restaurateur / shopkeeper with multiple locations, how can I create the various digital menus?
You must register separately for each venue, using a different email address each time (registrations are unlimited and free). Remember that for each account created there will be a specific reference QR Code.
Is an internet connection required?
Yes. To use the Chef Marketplace restaurant app you need to have an internet connection.
How do I upload my restaurant menu in Chef Marketplace?
We'll take care of it the first time. If later you want to make changes, you can easily do it yourself.
Can I insert photos?
Yes. In addition to your company logo, you can insert one or more photos for each dish on your menu, an opening image and video that present your business. Pictures per each dish are optional.
What payment method is available to my customers?
Customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Satispay.
How, where and when do I receive the money?
Once you create a Chef Marketplace account, linked to your bank account, you will receive your money in record time.
How easy is it to set up the Chef Marketplace Order + Pay service?
It couldn't be simpler than this: – Create your Chef Marketplace account – Participate in a training session together with your staff – Print / download the QR Code from your online store – Use your new store on Chef Marketplace.
What can I change about my digital menu and how?
After logging in to your online menu, you can change the name, description and price of the dishes, add images and videos, hide a dish or change the order of the dishes. Changes to the digital menu are unlimited, have no costs and the QR Code / Link always remains the same.
Every time I modify the digital menu do I also have to regenerate a new QR Code / Link?
No. The digital menu can be modified whenever you need it, while the QR Code / Link will not need to be recreated because it is linked to your account and will always remain the same.
What kind of support does Chef Marketplace offer?
Chef Marketplace offers fast and efficient support to its users, support via email, telephone or remote connection. Restaurateurs and shopkeepers can easily add all their clients to Chef Marketplace and have personalized training for their team.
Can I deactivate the service at any time?
Yes, you can deactivate Chef Marketplace at any time, without any obligation or penalty.
